Indonesia riches various culinary culture more to more from time to time, differ variety from place to place stretching the archipelago from West to East, from North to South. It is also differ from ethnic to ethnic. From season to season dishes force to change doe to the provided material of food, it shows the dependence to the source of agriculture.

Adapting to the condition, Bandreks is a kind of Nusantara food that serve in certain time in daily. Bandreks itself mean warmly-making drink, in order to make the body warmly or eliminate the tiredness. So, Bandreks usually dishes : 1. In the low temperature, i the morning or in the night. 2. After going back from working, or 3. As accompanier while the people chatting in a group in cafe or so far.

Here is the description and how to blend the material:

A. Ingredients needed are:
1. clean water= 1 litre
2. pandan (aromatic leave)=2 leaves
3. Clove=5 seed
4. ginger = 100 gram
5. Palm sugar = 200 gram
6. kayu manis = 5 cm
7. salt = a half of tea spoon


B. The way and steps to dish Bandreks are:
1. all ingredients are combined
2. Boiled them until the aroma smelled
3. Take up and filter them to separate the material from the extract
4. Serve Bandreks hotly (suitable for cool weather)

C. usually Bandreks completed with other fried cakes; pisang goreng (fried bananas), singkong goreng (fried cassava), etc.....wao seriously tasty !!!!!
